
ToolSense does not light up.
Solution:
Plug the ToolSense into a known working 230V, 10A power socket. If the display still doesn’t turn on the unit may have a faulty power supply.
Aersync Controller does not respond when I press the Test button on ToolSense.
Aerysnc controller does not recognise ToolSense. Pairing is required.
Solution:
1.) Press the learn button on Aerswitch (Aersync P1) or the Learn button on the Aersync P2 unit. Press the Test button on ToolSense to pair.
ToolSense display “E01”, after power up.
ToolSense has detected a fault during self check.
Solution:
1.) Turn off the power wait 10 seconds.
2.) Turn power back on.
If the “E01” code still appears, there is a fault in the start up.
ToolSense does not detect when the tool is in use
Aersync has detected a power supply issue.
Solution:
1.) 1.)Try a different tool. If it works, the first tool may not draw enough power for ToolSense to detect, or its wiring may be incorrect.
2.) If the new tool still isn’t detected, ToolSense detection system may be faulty.
