The Aersync system is an automatic vacuum switch (dust extractor controller) designed to automate dust extraction in workshops.
Using current sensing technology, it detects when a power tool is in use and automatically activates the dust extractor for efficient dust collection and improved workshop dust control.

Easily adjust the run-on timer of your automatic vacuum switch, allowing your dust extractor controller to continue running after the tool stops for effective dust collection. Settings from 5 seconds to 8 hours.

Test Button
Press the test button for a quick manual check—your instant verification tool to ensure the system is operating correctly and ready for use.
Main Switch
Designed for safety, it serves as both thermal overload protection, automatically shutting off to prevent damage, and a main switch, allowing you to turn it off during extended periods of non-use.
Delay Indicator
Intelligent design incorporates a selectable built-in delay during start-up, preventing nuisance circuit breaker trips and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.
Delay Button
A selectable start delay allows the automatic vacuum switch to stagger startup between your power tool and dust extractor, reducing inrush current and preventing circuit breaker trips.
