What is Aerguard’s return policy?

You may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund, provided the product is in new and unused condition. If the item has been mounted, installed, or shows signs of use (e.g., marks on the chassis), it may not qualify for a return unless it is faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We’re committed to making the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We understand how exciting it is to receive your new Aerguard product! While most orders ship within 7-10 business days, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. You’ll be kept informed with updates on your shipment’s progress every step of the way.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all Aerguard products, starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Malfunctions that occur under normal use within the first 2 year of ownership

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper use, neglect, or misuse
  • Accidental damage, such as drops or spills
  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized parties
