P1 (230V AC) can automatically start the dust extractor when your tool is in use—either through a direct connection or ToolSense—and can also be operated by remote control.
P2 (400V AC) is primarily designed for reliable remote control operation, but it can also work with ToolSense to enable automatic starting when a tool is in use.

Aersync P1 Automatic Dust Extractor Controller (Automatic Vacuum Switch for Power Tools) powers your dust extractor as soon as any workshop tool starts running. Designed for single-phase setups, this dust extractor controller automatically activates your dust extractor or shop vacuum, capturing dust at the source for cleaner, safer workshop air.
Once the tool stops, the dust extractor continues running for a user-adjustable duration, easily set using the intuitive rotary knob. A clear digital display shows the remaining time, providing full control over your automatic dust collection system and ensuring efficient dust removal every time.
Compatible with a wide range of power tools — including table saws, routers, sanders, and planers — the Aersync P1 is a simple, plug-and-play solution for automated dust control in workshops of any size.

Aersync P2 Remote Dust Extractor Controller (Remote Vacuum Switch for Power Tools) is built for high-capacity, 3-phase dust extraction systems (see a setup example here)—making it perfect for workshops with larger dust extractors. It captures dust at the source for a cleaner, safer workspace.
The digital display shows the unit status in real time, giving you complete visibility and control over your automated dust control system. This unit is remote-controlled only, allowing you to operate it easily from a distance — turn it on or off whenever needed, providing flexible dust extraction management for your power tools, including table saws, routers, sanders, and planers.

Aersync P3 Automatic Dust Extractor Controller (Automatic Vacuum Switch for Power Tools) is designed for high-capacity, 3-phase dust extraction setups, making it ideal for larger workshops and industrial-grade dust extractors. This dust extractor controller provides automatic dust collection by turning on your extractor the moment a connected power tool starts, keeping dust under control and maintaining clean, safe workshop air.
After the tool stops, the dust extractor continues running for a user-adjustable duration, easily configured with the intuitive rotary knob. A digital display shows the remaining time and unit status, giving full oversight of your automated dust control system and ensuring complete dust removal every time.

Tool Sense
With ToolSense, your work area doesn’t need to be near the dust extractor.
ToolSense is a wireless tool detector — simply attach it to any power tool, and when the tool is in use, ToolSense signals the Aersync dust extractor controller to start your automatic vacuum switch system, even from a distance. This ensures dust is captured at the source for a cleaner, safer, and more efficient workshop.
You can connect up to 20 ToolSense units to a single Aersync controller, making it perfect for multi-tool dust extraction systems.
The system features plug-and-play installation and is available in both 230V and 400V AC models, giving you flexible automated dust control for workshops of any size or configuration.
