Description

Wireless Dust Extraction Starter Kit

Bring automatic dust extraction to a tool positioned away from your extractor. Start the tool connected to ToolSense and a wireless signal tells Aersync P1 to start the extractor.

What’s Included

1 × Aersync P1 controller, in the selected rating
1 × Aerswitch Mini receiver (included 1 × four-button remote)
1–4 × ToolSense sensors, according to your selected quantity

Power tools, dust extractors, hoses, ducting, blast gates and workshop fittings are not included.

How It Works

Connect the extractor to P1 and the Aerswitch Mini receiver to P1. Plug each tool into its ToolSense, connect it to a suitable outlet and pair the sensor with the receiver. Test operation and wireless reception before permanent mounting.

The four-button remote provides manual ON/OFF, 10-minute and 8-hour commands. Use your existing hoses and blast gates to route airflow; this kit does not operate blast gates.

Choose Your Package

Choose the Aersync P1 controller rating (10A or 15A), the number of ToolSense sensors (1–4), and the ToolSense sensor rating (10A or 15A) independently. All ToolSense sensors in a selected package have the same rating. The controller and sensors do not need matching ratings: each must suit its own connected electrical load and outlet. The 15A versions require appropriate 15A outlets. If you need a mixture of 10A and 15A ToolSense sensors in one kit, contact Aerguard before ordering.
