Two-Extractor, Three-Tool Automation Kit
Automate two dust extractors across three woodworking tools. Two tools connect directly to separate Aersync P1 controllers, while the third uses a wireless ToolSense sensor.

Controls only: Power tools, extractors, hoses, ducting, blast gates and fittings shown are not included.
Customise the Illustrated Setup
The workshop diagram shows an example configuration. You can change Controller 1, Controller 2 and ToolSense ratings independently to suit your equipment, and optionally add AerLock to either or both controllers. The package price updates with your choices. AerLock is not included unless selected.
How It Works
Each Aersync P1 detects its directly connected tool and controls its extractor. A ToolSense-equipped third tool sends a wireless signal through the Aerswitch Mini receiver connected to one of the P1 controllers. The included 4-button remote provides ON/OFF, 10-minute and 8-hour control of the receiver-equipped extractor.
Optional AerLock Control Panel Key
Choose No AerLock, AerLock on Controller 1 (+$26), AerLock on Controller 2 (+$26), or AerLock on both (+$52). Each selected controller is fitted with the AerLock control-panel feature and supplied with its own removable key. Insert the key to enable adjustment of the rotary knob and yellow buttons; remove it to restrict adjustments. AerLock is not an electrical safety isolator, emergency stop or substitute for lockout/tagout procedures.
Choose the Correct Ratings
Each P1 must suit its own connected tool-and-extractor load and supply outlet; ToolSense must suit its connected woodworking tool and outlet. A 15A version requires a suitable 15A outlet. Controller and ToolSense ratings do not need to match. This kit does not operate blast gates automatically. Test wireless reception before permanent mounting.
