Aersync P1 by Aerguard is an automatic vacuum switch and dust extractor controller for single-phase woodworking tools. Start your tool and the extractor starts automatically. When the tool stops, the extractor runs for the time set on the dial, then switches off.

Which Aersync P1 model?

10A: Up to approx. 2400W

15A: Up to approx. 3600W. Requires a 15A outlet.

Automatic vacuum switch for power tools

Aersync P1 starts your dust extractor when your connected power tool runs. This single-phase automatic dust extractor switch detects tool use and keeps extraction running for the time selected on the rotary dial after the tool stops. Choose a 10A or 15A controller to suit your connected load and supply.

How does tool-activated dust extraction work?

Connect your tool and dust extractor to P1, then use your tool as usual. Adjust the run-on timer from 5 seconds to 8 hours. A selectable 1-second start delay lets the tool start before extraction.

Can I add remote control?

Yes. Add an Aerswitch Mini receiver and remote. With a 2-button remote, ON runs extraction for the dial-selected duration and OFF stops it immediately. Set the dial to 8 hours for a long run that you can stop with OFF.

Can several machines start one dust extractor?
